Gelonghui, March 27丨China Resources Gas (01193.HK) announced that starting from March 27, 2026: (1) Huang Desheng will step down as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, review the members of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, Nomination Committee, and Environmental, Social and Governance Committee, and will resign as an independent non-executive director at the end of the annual general meeting; (2) Yu Handu will step down as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, and the members of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee, and will resign as an independent non-executive director at the end of the annual general meeting; (3) Luo Zhuojian will be appointed as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, and the members of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee; (4) Liu Bin will be appointed as an independent non-executive director, and the members of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, Nomination Committee, and Environmental, Social and Governance Committee; (5) Yang Yuchuan will resign as a member of the Nomination Committee and will be appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee; and (6) Li Boyan will be appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.
