Gelonghui March 27 丨 GanYuan Foods (002991.SZ) announced that its board of directors has recently received a written resignation report submitted by Mr. Zhang Jusheng, the company’s vice general manager. For personal reasons, Mr. Zhang Jusheng has applied to resign from his position as the company’s vice general manager. After stepping down, he will no longer continue to hold any position at the company.

Mr. Zhang Jusheng’s original term of office was from November 8, 2024 to November 7, 2027. Pursuant to the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Articles of Association, among other relevant provisions, Mr. Zhang Jusheng’s resignation report takes effect as of the date it is delivered to the company’s board of directors.
