State Grid Yingda: The controlling shareholder's 9.79% stake in the company will be transferred free of charge to China National Petroleum Corporation

People’s Finance Network, March 27: On March 27, State Grid Yingda (600517) issued an announcement. The company’s controlling shareholder, State Grid Yingda International Holding Group Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as “State Grid Yingda Group”), and China National Petroleum Corporation (abbreviated as “China National Petroleum Group”) signed a share transfer agreement on the 27th. State Grid Yingda Group plans to transfer the 560 million A-share shares it holds in the company (accounting for 9.79% of the company’s total share capital) to China National Petroleum Group through a no-cost transfer of state-owned shares. This transfer will not result in any change to the company’s controlling shareholder or actual controller.
