Education Minister Huai Jinpeng of the Ministry of Education on March 7 at the press conference focused on people’s livelihood during the Fourth Session of the 14th National People’s Congress stated, “During the ‘14th Five-Year Plan’ period, over 8,600 new undergraduate program sites were added, and more than 4,500 master’s degree conferral points were established.
