According to a report by the Korean Central News Agency on the 24th, Kim Jong-un, General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and Chairman of the State Affairs Commission, stated during his policy speech at the first session of the 15th Supreme People’s Assembly on the 23rd that North Korea views South Korea as its most hostile country and will “completely reject and ignore” South Korea with the clearest words and actions.
