Chengdu Bank: Chairman Huang Jianjun's appointment qualification approved by regulatory authorities

Chengdu Bank Announcement: Recently, the company received the “Reply from the Sichuan Financial Regulatory Bureau regarding the Qualification Approval of Huang Jianjun as Director and Chairman of Chengdu Bank Co., Ltd.” (Chuan Jin Jian Fu [2026] No. 76). The Sichuan Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervision and Administration has approved Mr. Huang Jianjun’s qualifications as the company’s director and chairman. After obtaining the qualifications as director and chairman of the company, Party Secretary Huang Jianjun has taken on the roles of chairman, director, and director of the Board’s Strategic Development Committee, as well as a member of the Board’s Credit Approval Special Authorization Committee.
