Abstract generation in progress

Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP has announced a securities fraud class action lawsuit against Apollo Global Management, Inc. (APO). The lawsuit alleges that Apollo’s positive statements about its business were misleading because its CEO and former CEO reportedly communicated with Jeffrey Epstein about Apollo’s business, contradicting earlier assertions and damaging the company’s reputation. Investors who suffered losses between May 10, 2021, and February 21, 2026, have until May 1, 2026, to apply to be a lead plaintiff.
