Guizhou Securities Regulatory Bureau Reminder: Do not listen, do not believe, do not transfer funds. Invest rationally and avoid being scammed.

According to the Guizhou Securities Regulatory Bureau, recently, there have been reports from whistleblowers indicating that some institutions, accounts, and online platforms in our province are engaging in illegal securities and futures activities or that criminals are committing fraud under this pretense, harming investors’ legitimate rights and interests. Currently, illegal securities activities have departed from the traditional stock recommendation model, giving rise to new schemes such as profit-sharing arbitrage, off-the-books financing, cross-commodity solicitation, and illegal client asset management, with more covert methods and higher amounts of money involved. The Guizhou Securities Regulatory Bureau solemnly reminds all investors to adhere to the “three nos” principle of not listening, not believing, and not transferring money, consciously staying away from illegal investment traps, and effectively protecting their property safety.
