Iran Situation | Yemen Houthi Rebels Launch Missiles at Israel

Reuters reports that Yemen’s Houthi forces have confirmed they fired missiles at Israel, the first time since this round of the Iran war broke out. It marks the group’s official entry into the conflict and increases the likelihood that the situation will further deteriorate.

Earlier, the Israeli military said it detected missiles launched from Yemen toward Israel and has intercepted them.

A spokesperson for Yemen’s Houthi forces confirmed that missiles were fired at Israel, saying the operation began after infrastructure in Iran, Lebanon, Iraq, and Palestine was targeted. The operation will continue until the objectives are achieved.
