Gelonghui March 26 — Guangdong Hongda (002683.SZ) announced that to expand financing channels, optimize the debt structure, and meet the company's further development funding needs, the company plans to register and issue no more than 2.5 billion yuan in medium-term notes and no more than 500 million yuan in ultra-short-term commercial papers. This public issuance of debt financing instruments is subject to approval by the company's shareholders' meeting and registration with relevant authorities before implementation.
