Gelonghui March 26 — Bank of Communications International (03329.HK) announced that on March 25, 2026, Preferred Investment acquired the second batch of SINOCH notes on the over-the-counter market at a purchase price of approximately $89.316 USD, for a total of about $1,607,695.00 USD ( equivalent to approximately HKD 12,620,405.75 ).
