According to Xinhua News Agency, the People’s Government of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region announced on March 26: With the approval of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, Cenling County has been established. The People’s Government of Cenling County is located in Xinhua Town. Cenling County is under the jurisdiction of the Kashgar region.
