"Urine bag" regulation: Each airline passenger is allowed to carry up to 2.

The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) released new regulations on Friday. Starting that day, each civil aviation passenger may carry a maximum of two portable chargers (commonly called “piss bags”), and they may not charge the “piss bags” during the flight.

Under the new rules, flight crew members may still carry and use portable chargers as needed for aircraft operations.

In its statement, the ICAO said the purpose of the new regulations is to address newly emerging risks and enhance the safety of passengers and airlines.
