The Vanguard Group has filed an amended Schedule 13G/A, reporting zero beneficial ownership of Mid-America Apartment Communities Inc. (MAA) common stock. This change follows an internal realignment where certain Vanguard subsidiaries and business divisions will now report their beneficial ownership separately, as permitted by SEC Release No. 34-39538.
