Norwegian Cruise Line (NCLH) Updates Systems to Drive Efficiency

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH) has improved its operational efficiency by completing Phase 1 of an upgraded revenue management system in late 2025, which went live in January. The company also appointed a new Chief Technology Officer in mid-2025 and took a one-time $95 million write-down on back-office IT systems in Q4 FY2025. These strategic technology investments aim to support customer-facing systems, avoiding broad capital expenditure increases given the company’s substantial debt load.
