Bank of Communications Life Insurance's net profit in 2025 is 1.389 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 35.82%.
On March 27, Bank of Communications disclosed in its 2025 performance report that at the end of the reporting period, the total assets of BOC Insurance reached 174.559 billion yuan, with net assets of 9.879 billion yuan. During the reporting period, BOC Insurance achieved cumulative insurance service revenue of 2.511 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.50%; operating revenue of 9.604 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20.73%; and net profit of 1.389 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 35.82%.
During the reporting period, BOC Insurance leveraged its professional advantages in insurance, actively integrated into the group’s development strategy, and continuously deepened its three major business features of “inclusive, pension, and wealth.” By the end of the year, the inclusive insurance covered 366,000 people and participated in the joint insurance work of the “Shanghai Inclusive Insurance” customized commercial health insurance for the third consecutive year. By the end of the year, the number of policies for existing pension insurance products exceeded 71,000, with a maintained scale of nearly 13.75 billion yuan, and the personal pension insurance business had underwritten more than 31,000 policies.
