On March 24, GF Fund announced the early termination of the fundraising for the GF Yinghe Stable 6-Month Holding Period Hybrid Fund (FOF).

The announcement states that the original fundraising period for this fund was from March 9, 2026, to March 27, 2026. After consultation between the fund manager GF Fund and the custodian China Merchants Bank, it was decided to end the fundraising early. The new closing date is adjusted to March 25, 2026, and subscription applications will no longer be accepted starting March 26. This adjustment is made in accordance with the Securities Investment Fund Law, the Measures for the Operation and Management of Publicly Offered Securities Investment Funds, and other legal documents such as the fund contract and prospectus, aiming to better protect investors’ interests.
