Bloomberg: Stablecoin Issuer Tether Suspends $20 Billion Financing Plan

Odaily Planet Daily reports that stablecoin issuer Tether Holdings SA previously planned to raise $20 billion, but the plan has now been paused. The company is awaiting the results of its first comprehensive financial audit and may restart fundraising once the audit results are available. According to sources, throughout the fundraising process, potential investors and bankers have been urging Tether to increase financial transparency.
