Recently, the National Financial Regulatory Administration approved the appointment qualifications of Shi Qiang as Chairman of China Rongtong Property Insurance Co., Ltd.

The approval states that Rongtong Property Insurance should require the approved personnel to strictly comply with the relevant regulatory regulations of the Financial Regulatory Administration, take office within two months from the date of this administrative licensing decision, and report their appointment status in a timely manner as required. If the personnel do not take office within the specified period, this approval document will become invalid, and the decision-making authority will handle the cancellation of the administrative license.

Rongtong Property Insurance should supervise the approved personnel to continuously learn and master relevant laws and regulations related to economics and finance, establish a strong awareness of risk compliance, familiarize themselves with their job responsibilities, and perform their duties diligently and faithfully.
