Artificial intelligence (AI) visual algorithm company Gvision (06636) closed its IPO today at noon. Reports indicate that its public offering was oversubscribed approximately 4,596 times, with 159,000 people subscribing.

Gvision offered 12.48 million H-shares, with 5% allocated for Hong Kong public offering and the rest for international placement. The offer price was HKD 40 per share, raising HKD 499 million. A board lot consists of 50 shares, with an entry fee of HKD 2,020.16.

The company plans to use about 60% of the net proceeds to enhance R&D capabilities; approximately 30% to improve commercialization; and the remaining funds for operational capital and general corporate purposes.

Shares are expected to list on March 30. CITIC Securities is the sole sponsor.
