Road King Infrastructure (01098) subsidiary Road King Properties led the development of the Aberdeen Wong Chuk Hang Station South Island Line Phase 1 project, Jinhuan, which recorded a transaction of a duplex unit with a price of HKD 40.913 million.

The unit is located in Room B on the 28th and 29th floors of Block 1A, featuring a four-bedroom plus one suite duplex layout with a usable area of 1,292 square feet. It was sold for HKD 40.913 million, with an actual price per square foot of HKD 31,666. The unit is spaciously designed with clear levels. The buyer is a mainland Chinese individual planning for self-occupation, attracted by the project’s proximity to multiple international schools and comprehensive amenities; plus the advantage of being above the MTR station, providing convenient access to core business districts like Central.

Road King Properties’ Sales and Marketing Director, Yen King Fung, stated that recent luxury residential transactions within the group reflect strong market demand for high-quality large homes. Among them, the group’s Tuen Mun Kwan Chui Road new development, KAIWOON HILL Garden Villas’ MORI MANOR series, has also quickly gained traction since launch, recording nearly HKD 50 million in villa transactions. Along with today’s duplex unit transaction at Jinhuan, the group has nearly HKD 100 million in total sales over two days.
