I see many people say that Zhang Xuefeng is so wealthy already, so why does he still keep pushing? Why not just retire, rest, and enjoy life?

More than one person has told me, "If I were as rich as you, I would travel around the world sightseeing."

If you can say something like that, it shows you're someone who pursues pleasure. A person who pursues pleasure could never become wealthy.

But those who strive and struggle, even after becoming rich, cannot stop, because striving is who they are at their core.

This is a paradox.

If your mindset in making money is "once I earn enough, I'll enjoy life," then you won't make money. Only if your mindset is "I will struggle and strive for my entire life until I die" can you actually make money. And once you do make money, you'll continue to strive.

In his later years, Munger was blind, couldn't even see, yet he kept working, worked until the day he died.

Buffett is almost one hundred years old and still busy.

Their wealth could sustain ten generations with no worries. What are they still striving for?

They're not striving for anything in particular. They are simply people who strive by nature, so they can never stop.

What they love isn't money—it's this feeling of striving. You think traveling around the world is enjoyment; they think striving is enjoyment.

Everyone's life pursues different things. 😅😅😅
