Mars Finance reported that AMLBot information retweeted by ZachXBT shows that the address 0xb25ea1d493b49a1ded42ac5b1208cc618f9a9b80, which was mistakenly frozen by Circle, is related to the DFINITY ecosystem and has participated in cross-chain swaps between ETH and ckETH. ZachXBT has questioned Circle's freezing of USDC in 16 hot wallets.

Mars Finance reports that, according to information shared by ZachXBT and on-chain analysis firm AMLBot, one of the addresses mistakenly frozen by Circle in a civil case, 0xb25ea1d493b49a1ded42ac5b1208cc618f9a9b80, is related to the DFINITY ecosystem. The accompanying operational guide indicates that this address participates in cross-chain exchanges between ETH and ckETH, where users deposit ETH, and the ICP smart contract mints ckETH. When needed, ckETH can be exchanged back for ETH on the Ethereum network. This is a typical operational/bridging service wallet. Last night, ZachXBT questioned Circle’s freezing of 16 business hot wallets holding USDC.
