Regulation – Constraint or Catalyst?

Regulation is often seen as a barrier in crypto, but I’ve started to look at it differently.

From my perspective, regulation doesn’t just restrict—it defines boundaries. And boundaries create structure.

Without structure, large capital stays away. With structure, it starts to enter. This is why I don’t see regulation as purely negative. It depends on how it’s implemented.

Personally, I believe the market is entering a phase where regulation and growth will happen simultaneously. It’s not one or the other.

The real question isn’t “Will regulation come?” It’s “What kind of regulation will shape the next cycle?”

And that answer will determine where capital flows next.
