Danone announced that it has agreed to acquire nutritional food company Huel, as the French food company seeks to expand its presence in the health and nutrition sector.

The company, which owns Activia yogurt and Evian mineral water, announced on Monday that it has reached a final agreement to acquire Huel, with the transaction pending closing conditions.
