NEW YORK, February 25, 2026–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Alvita Care, a leading private-pay home care company serving New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, today announced the promotion of Chuck Wood to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Chuck plays a central role in accelerating Alvita Care’s growth and strengthening its commercial engine, bringing deep experience in healthcare sales leadership, revenue operations, and team development. His promotion reflects the company’s continued focus on disciplined growth, operational rigor, and long-term value creation.

In his new role, Chuck will lead Alvita Care’s end-to-end revenue strategy, including sales execution, referral partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives. He will work closely with clinical, operations, and regional leadership to scale the organization while preserving the high standards of care and client experience that define the Alvita Care brand.

Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
