The prices of daily necessities this period show mixed changes. Among them, spring vegetables are gradually entering the market in large quantities, and the supply scale continues to expand, leading to a seasonal decline in prices. According to monitoring data, compared with the previous period (March 10-16), this period (March 17-23) saw the overall price level of 35 monitored supermarket commodities increase by 0.94%, while the overall price level of 97 monitored agricultural market commodities decreased by 0.37%.

The overall price level of supermarket commodities has slightly increased this period. Compared to the previous period, 8 items rose, 22 remained stable, and 5 fell among the 35 monitored supermarket products, with the total price level rising by 0.94%. In terms of categories, the prices of edible oil and meat have increased; rice, instant noodles, condiments, dairy products, aquatic products, and eggs remained basically stable; vegetable and fruit prices have decreased.

The overall price level of agricultural market commodities has decreased this period. Among the 97 monitored items, 3 rose, 68 remained stable, and 26 fell compared to the previous period, with the total price level dropping by 0.37%. In categories, the prices of edible oil, eggs, soy products, and condiments remained basically stable; meat, aquatic products, and vegetables saw declines.
