As a longtime participant of the forum—Apple CEO Tim Cook attended this year as the foreign chair of the forum. A few days before the event, he had already arrived in China. During a meeting with Minister of Commerce Wang Wenbin, the two discussed topics including China-U.S. economic and trade relations and Apple’s operations and development in China.
