BlackRock, the world's largest asset management company, CEO Larry Fink stated in his annual letter to shareholders that asset tokenization has the potential to make investing as simple as mobile payments. He noted that approximately half of the global population already uses digital wallets on their phones, and if traditional assets such as stocks and bonds were tokenized and integrated into these wallets, investment issuance, trading, and access would become more convenient. Fink believes that blockchain-driven tokenization will reshape the financial system's infrastructure, making transactions more efficient and expanding investment accessibility. (The Block)
