Shanghai Securities Journal China Securities Network News (Reporter Zou Chuanke): On March 23, XinDong LianKe released its 2025 annual report. The report shows that the company achieved an operating revenue of 524 million yuan for the year, a year-on-year increase of 29.48%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was 303 million yuan, up 36.56%; and net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 290 million yuan, up 36.91%.

The company stated that the performance growth is mainly due to leading product performance, expansion into new application fields, and increased market penetration. Downstream orders are strong, and new products are gradually mass-produced. Among them, sales of MEMS accelerometers increased by 167.31% year-on-year, and sales of inertial measurement unit (IMU) product categories increased by 53.36%. The full-year gross profit margin was 85.77%, and R&D investment accounted for 23.40% of revenue.

In terms of cash flow, net cash flow from operating activities was 313 million yuan, an increase of 87.96% year-on-year. As of the end of the reporting period, the company’s total assets were 2.599 billion yuan, and net assets attributable to shareholders of the listed company were 2.529 billion yuan.

The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1.48 yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares, totaling 59.4574 million yuan (tax included). The total cash dividend for the year accounts for 40.20% of net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company.

During the reporting period, the company made breakthroughs in emerging fields such as low-altitude economy, autonomous driving, and commercial aerospace, becoming one of the few domestic suppliers capable of providing high-performance MEMS inertial sensors for the low-altitude economy and supporting airworthiness certification.

Public information shows that XinDong LianKe mainly engages in the research, testing, and sales of high-performance silicon-based MEMS inertial sensors, and is a national-level specialized and innovative “Little Giant” enterprise. Its core products are MEMS gyroscopes and MEMS accelerometers, mainly used in high-end industrial, unmanned systems, and high-reliability fields in China, including intelligent manufacturing and autonomous vehicles.

According to previous announcements, the company is developing a new generation of single-chip three-axis gyroscopes and six-axis IMU chips. Currently, the single-chip three-axis accelerometer has been released. In the third quarter of 2025, significant breakthroughs were achieved in the development of the single-chip three-axis gyroscope, and reliability verification and product optimization are underway. The six-axis IMU chip will be developed and finalized in parallel with the progress of the three-axis gyroscope and will be sample-tested accordingly.
