According to a report by Fortune on March 23, Deep Tide TechFlow announced that Interloom, an AI startup based in Munich, has completed a new round of financing of $16.5 million, led by DN Capital, with participation from Bek Ventures and existing investor Air Street Capital. The valuation has not been disclosed.

Interloom constructs a “Context Graph” by analyzing vast operational records (supporting emails, service tickets, call logs, etc.), systematizing the tacit experiential knowledge within enterprises to provide AI entities with organization-specific decision-making contexts. Currently, the company has implemented its solutions in large European enterprises such as Deutsche Bank, Volkswagen, and Zurich Insurance, where in the deployment at Deutsche Bank, the gap between documented knowledge and actual operational knowledge was reduced from approximately 50% to 5%.
