Abstract generation in progress

A judge has allowed two former Black women VPs from McDonald’s, Victoria Guster-Hines and Domineca, to proceed with their lawsuit claiming racial discrimination and a hostile work environment. The lawsuit names McDonald’s USA, LLC, McDonald’s Corp., and several individuals, including former CEO Steven Easterbrook. This legal action follows a history of racial discrimination lawsuits against McDonald’s, including a recent $10 billion suit alleging racial bias in advertising, and comes as the company scales back certain DEI initiatives.
