SK Hynix plans to issue new shares and list ADRs in the US, with an expected fundraising of 10 trillion to 15 trillion Korean won.

Odaily News According to a report by the Korean Economic News, SK Hynix plans to issue new shares and list ADR (American Depositary Receipts) in the U.S., with an issuance scale of about 2.4% of the total share capital. The raised funds will mainly be used to expand high bandwidth memory (HBM) production capacity and promote the construction of a semiconductor cluster in Incheon, in order to consolidate its leading position in the global AI semiconductor market. SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won had previously stated at the Nvidia GTC 2026 Developer Conference that he is advancing the ADR listing plan.
