Renmin Finance News, March 23 - On the evening of March 23, the China Securities Regulatory Commission's official website showed that the application for China Aviation Beijing Chang Bao Rental Housing REIT has been approved. The fund contract period is 62 years, and the total amount of fund shares approved for fundraising is 400 million shares. China Aviation Fund must conduct fundraising activities for the fund within 6 months from the date of this approval, with the fundraising period not exceeding 3 months from the date of fund share issuance.
