Gelonghui March 18 — Jinan Guoji (002636.SZ) released an investor relations activity record announcement. Due to rising upstream raw material prices and increased downstream PCB market demand, the price of copper-clad laminates has been adjusted upward in line with raw material price increases. The increase in raw material costs can be smoothly passed down. The company’s current fundraising project involves investing in the construction of an annual production capacity of 40 million square meters of high-grade copper-clad laminates, focusing on high-frequency high-speed copper-clad laminates, high-temperature resistant special copper-clad laminates, high Tg copper-clad laminates, and halogen-free, lead-free FR-4 high-performance and specialized product lines. Some capacity is also allocated for the production of general-purpose FR-4 copper-clad laminates.
