[Caixin] Leap Motor achieved a net profit of 540 million yuan in 2025, marking its first full-year profit. On March 16, Leap Motor (09863.HK) released its 2025 financial report, revealing the above data. In 2024, Leap Motor recorded a loss of 2.82 billion yuan.

Rising sales drove the company’s overall performance improvement. In 2025, Leap Motor delivered 596,000 vehicles, surpassing Xpeng Motors (429,000) and Li Auto (405,000), ranking first among new energy vehicle startups. The total sales include 67,000 units in international markets. The company began overseas sales in the second half of 2024, gradually increasing volume in 2025.

Leap Motor has eight models on sale. In 2025, the combined sales of the C10 and C11 SUVs exceeded 200,000 units. Leap Motor adopted a strategy of direct competition with market leader BYD. The C10 and C11 are respectively positioned against BYD Song PLUS and Song L, with both pure electric and extended-range versions.
