Basic situation of the litigation

Yunnan JiaoTou Ecological Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) received a “Notice” issued by the People’s Court of Jiajiang District, Taizhou City, in November 2024. The court accepted a lawsuit filed by Yunnan Yunshang Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. against Taizhou Jiajiang Flower Harbor Agricultural, Forestry, and Tourism Development Co., Ltd. for “Construction Project Contract Dispute” (hereinafter referred to as “the lawsuit”). Due to the company’s legal interest in the handling of this lawsuit, the court notified the company as a third party in the case.
