People Finance News, March 17 – According to the Qichacha APP, Jiayuguan Hongtong Clean Energy Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Yan Weijun as the legal representative and a registered capital of 20 million yuan. Its business scope includes gas operations; compressed natural gas vehicle refueling; centralized fast charging stations; and sales of hydrogen supply and hydrogen storage facilities for stations. Equity penetration analysis by Qichacha shows that the company is jointly held by Hami Hongtong Gas Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hongtong Gas, and Gansu Jintong Xiongguang International Logistics Park Co., Ltd.
