Xinghuan Technology-U Hits Limit Down

On the morning of March 17, AIGC concept stock Xinghuan Technology-U (688031) opened slightly lower, and after the market opened, its stock price dropped rapidly, hitting the “20cm” limit down during trading. By the close of the morning session, the stock had fallen 16.96%.

Xinghuan Technology-U is one of the more active AIGC concept stocks recently. It reached a historical high during intraday trading on March 10, with its largest increase in nearly four months exceeding 3.3 times. The company’s recent performance report showed a net loss of 245 million yuan in 2025.

On the evening of March 16, the company issued a reduction announcement. The notice states that, due to the shareholder’s own arrangements, shareholder Linzhi Lichuang, holding 6.29% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.2114 million shares (less than 1% of the total share capital). The reduction will be carried out entirely through centralized bidding from April 9, 2026, to July 8, 2026. The shares to be reduced were acquired before the company’s initial public offering.

Besides Xinghuan Technology-U, other stocks that sharply declined in early trading today include Juguang Technology, Tianpu Shares, Tiantong Shares, Zhaoyan New Drug, Ruifeng High-tech, and Xiangyou Technology.

NVIDIA Officially Launches Vera Rubin Platform

On Tuesday (March 17) early morning Beijing time, NVIDIA GTC 2026 officially kicked off. NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang confirmed in his speech that NVIDIA’s flagship chips will help the company reach $1 trillion in revenue by 2027. Last year, Huang predicted that the chip market demand in 2026 would be about $500 billion.

At this conference, NVIDIA officially launched the Vera Rubin platform, which includes seven types of chips, such as Groq 3 LPU (referred to as “LPU”), Vera CPU, Rubin GPU, NVLink 6 switch, ConnectX-9 super network card, BlueField-4 DPU, and Spectrum-6 Ethernet switch. NVIDIA emphasized that Vera Rubin is not a single chip but a complete AI supercomputing platform composed of 7 chips and 5 rack systems.

The Vera CPU rack integrates 256 Vera CPUs, doubling the computing efficiency and increasing speed by 50% compared to traditional CPUs.

The Groq 3 LPX rack is equipped with 256 LPU processors, offering 128GB on-chip SRAM and 640TB/s expansion bandwidth. When combined with the Vera Rubin platform, the inference throughput/watt ratio can be improved by 35 times. Huang Huang introduced that the LPU chips will be manufactured by Samsung, and the racks are expected to start shipping in the second half of this year.

Domestic Computing Power Enters Strategic Opportunity Period

Wanlian Securities believes that this GTC conference will host over 1,000 sessions, exploring hot topics from AI factories and large-scale inference to robotics, digital twins, scientific computing, quantum computing, and enterprise AI deployment. Currently, AI computing power construction is booming. With earnings season approaching, high-growth segments in the computing industry chain such as PCB and storage are in strong demand. Both PCB and storage are in an expansion cycle, which is expected to boost upstream equipment and material demand. It is recommended to focus on investment opportunities in PCB, storage, and other segments of the industry chain.

Artificial intelligence is reshaping the global tech industry at an unprecedented speed. The widespread application of generative AI is rapidly shifting computing power demand from “general-purpose computing” to “high-performance computing.” AI infrastructure has become a core foundation for driving digital economy development, leading the global tech industry into a new growth cycle.

As AI large models continue to iterate, their parameter counts are growing exponentially. Large AI models like ChatGPT and DeepSeek require powerful computing support for both training and inference. As models become more complex, the demand for computing power rises sharply, potentially creating new incremental demand in the smart chip market. According to IDC estimates, China’s intelligent computing power scale will grow at a compound annual rate of 33.9% from 2022 to 2027. By 2027, China’s intelligent computing power is expected to reach 1117.4 EFLOPS (based on FP16 calculations).

Guotou Securities pointed out that under the dual drive of external pressure and endogenous demand, China’s domestic computing power industry has moved from early single-point breakthroughs to a new stage characterized by “independent technology systems, full-stack ecological capabilities, and closed-loop commercial validation.” Looking ahead to 2026, domestic computing infrastructure is expected to achieve large-scale deployment and value realization in key industries such as government, finance, internet, and intelligent manufacturing, ushering in a strategic opportunity period from technological independence to industry leadership.

Performance of Multiple AI Computing Power Leaders Shows Significant Growth

From the performance data, many companies in the AI computing industry chain have demonstrated high growth. Data Treasure statistics show that, based on 2025 annual reports, performance快报, and forecasts (using the lower bound of net profit if available), 31 AI concept stocks are expected to see year-over-year net profit growth in 2025 (including turning losses into profits).

Fourteen stocks have net profits exceeding 1.1 billion yuan, such as Industrial Fulian, Zhongji Xuchuang, Xin Yisheng, Runze Technology, Shenghong Technology, and others.

Industrial Fulian’s annual report shows a net profit of 35.3 billion yuan in 2025, up 51.99% year-over-year. The report indicates that overall operational efficiency and profitability have significantly improved, mainly driven by the increasing proportion of AI-related business in cloud computing.

Zhongji Xuchuang’s performance快报 shows a net profit of 10.799 billion yuan in 2025, up 108.81% year-over-year. Benefiting from strong investments in computing infrastructure by terminal customers, the company’s product shipments grew rapidly, with high-speed optical modules increasing their share. Continuous product optimization and operational efficiency improvements have led to substantial growth in revenue and net profit.

Xin Yisheng expects a net profit of 9.4 to 9.9 billion yuan in 2025, an increase of 231.24% to 248.86%. Driven by sustained growth in computing power investments, demand for high-speed products has surged, leading to significant increases in sales revenue and net profit compared to the previous year.

In the secondary market, among these 31 AI computing stocks, many have already doubled in value. Will there be further upside? Institutional research reports may offer some guidance. According to Data Treasure, based on the consensus target prices from more than five institutions and the closing prices on March 16, 13 stocks have an upside potential of over 10%, including Industrial Fulian, Cambrian, Shengyi Electronics, Shenghong Technology, and Shengyi Technology.

Industrial Fulian has the highest upside potential at 62.96%. Cinda Securities states that Industrial Fulian continues to benefit from the global AI computing infrastructure construction cycle, with clear advantages in server system integration and large-scale manufacturing capacity. As demand for AI servers and high-speed network equipment continues to grow, the company’s future growth space remains broad.
