Artificial intelligence is a new development brought about by technological advancements, and the judicial protection of AI has quickly become a widely关注ed legal issue worldwide. There are many debates over whether AI-generated works qualify as original creations, and whether using others’ works to train large models constitutes infringement. It is reported that the Supreme People’s Court is drafting relevant judicial policy documents to clarify the criteria for determining the originality of AI-generated works and the legal nature of data training activities.
