National Bureau of Statistics: In February, the month-on-month sales price of new commercial residential properties in first-tier cities shifted from a decline in the previous month to remaining flat

Beijing Business Daily (Reporter Li Han) reported that on March 16, the National Bureau of Statistics released the February 2026 data on the changes in the sales prices of commercial residential properties in 70 large and medium-sized cities. The data shows that the sales prices of new commercial residential properties in first-tier cities remained flat month-on-month after a 0.3% decrease last month.

Among them, Beijing and Shanghai both increased by 0.2%, Guangzhou remained unchanged, and Shenzhen decreased by 0.3%. The sales prices of new commercial residential properties in second- and third-tier cities decreased by 0.2% and 0.3% respectively, with the decline narrowing by 0.1 percentage points.
