People’s Finance News, March 16 — According to the National Bureau of Statistics, overall, from January to February, major economic indicators have shown a clear rebound, and the national economy has started well. However, it is also important to recognize that external environmental changes are deepening, geopolitical risks are continuously rising, and there are still many old problems and new challenges in domestic economic development and transformation, with some businesses facing operational difficulties. Moving forward, we will thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress and the various plenary sessions of the 20th Central Committee, earnestly carry out the deployments of the Central Economic Work Conference and the National Two Sessions, fully, accurately, and comprehensively implement the new development philosophy, accelerate the construction of a new development pattern, focus on promoting high-quality development, adhere to the general principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability, implement more proactive macro policies, develop new productive forces suited to local conditions, focus on stabilizing employment, enterprises, markets, and expectations, and promote the economy to achieve qualitative improvements and reasonable quantitative growth.
