Exxon Mobil Corporation $XOM Stake Trimmed by McGowan Group Asset Management Inc.
McGowan Group Asset Management Inc. reduced its stake in Exxon Mobil Corporation by 2.7% in Q3, selling 6,782 shares to now hold 248,966 shares valued at $28.07 million. Despite this trim, Exxon Mobil remains the firm’s 8th largest holding, comprising about 3.5% of its portfolio. Other institutions, including Norges Bank, First Trust Advisors, Cerity Partners, and Laurel Wealth Advisors, significantly increased their holdings in XOM, indicating strong institutional interest, with a total of 61.80% of the stock owned by institutional investors.
