A Los Angeles Superior Court judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by Robert Bailey against Apple Inc. Bailey alleged disability discrimination, retaliation, and failure to accommodate after being terminated at age 79. The judge ruled that Apple provided a legitimate business reason for the termination, stating Bailey violated policy by initiating an account recovery request on a customer’s behalf, and there was no evidence of discrimination.
