Support revolutionary old areas in actively developing organic farming, specialty breeding, and under-forest economy, and build a number of high-quality, characteristic agricultural and sideline product production and supply bases. Deepen the implementation of the “Three Products and One Standard” campaign for agricultural products and promote local specialties. Support qualified revolutionary old areas in building advantageous characteristic industrial clusters, modern agricultural industrial parks, and strong agricultural towns, and enhance capabilities in agricultural product processing, storage, and preservation. Deepen the “Digital Commerce Boosts Agriculture” initiative, strengthen the construction and renovation of county-level logistics distribution centers and township logistics stations. Increase efforts in consumer assistance, strengthen production and marketing connections, and cultivate a number of well-known regional public brands. Support leading agricultural industrialization enterprises and farmers' cooperatives to grow bigger and stronger, and improve support policies for new agricultural business entities linked to increasing farmers' income.
