Don't fear anything.

You feel afraid when facing a person because you have greed in your heart.

You feel afraid when facing someone with high status and power because subconsciously you believe this person can bring you resources.

You feel afraid when facing a beautiful girl because subconsciously you think you can't handle her.

You have social anxiety around unfamiliar people because your expectations are too high and you're afraid others won't like you.

You only feel afraid when you believe the other person can bring you some benefit, because you're terrified of losing these advantages and ending up in a miserable state.

So the solution is very simple. There's only one way to improve yourself: I will live well even if I don't get these things.

For example, when I talk to my boss, I'm not trying to get his approval or curry favor for benefits. If he doesn't approve of me, I'll still live well.

When I actively approach a beautiful girl, it's not to be in a relationship with her, just to make a friend. If she doesn't want to be with me, I can still live extremely well.

Blur your objectives, lighten your sense of gain and loss, and your greed will diminish. Your fear will disappear.

With no desire comes strength. With no attachment comes indifference. Recognize the greed in your own heart, reduce it, and lower your expectations. This will allow you to live with greater ease and composure.
