Every public chain has a hype cycle. When a small hype arrives, it's a quick surge. When a major hype comes? A certain exchange directly launches spot trading, and then the entire chain's ecosystem projects swarm in.

But the logic behind this is intriguing: one exchange controls project exposure, listing permissions, liquidity exit, and ecosystem tilt. All the positive news, all the traffic, all the exit channels, flow into its ecosystem applications.

In plain terms, this is naked market manipulation.

The paradox is that the original intention of ecosystem decentralization has long been swallowed up. Whether other public chains can succeed is no longer determined by technology and applications, but by the resource allocation of a certain centralized institution.

Once the exchange launches spot trading, the entire chain takes off. I've seen through this trick.

This is the unspoken rule in the crypto world: whoever controls the traffic is the boss. Once an exchange launches spot trading, it's like stepping on the gas pedal. Ecosystem projects flock in all at once. It's called a thriving ecosystem, but in reality, it's just being led around by the nose. No matter how advanced the technology is, what's the use? You don't have control over resource allocation. Decentralization? That's a story told to the newcomers.

I've seen through this trick a long time ago. As soon as the exchange launches spot trading, you can tell who is about to take off; it's just following the trend in the ecosystem.

It's the same old game again—exchanges acting as referees and players at the same time. Whoever brings in the traffic wins.

Once the exchange launches spot trading, the entire chain rushes in. That's a bit too straightforward, huh?

Once the exchange launches spot trading, ecosystem projects flock in. To put it simply, it's all about whether they can get the approval of the CEX.
