Recently, there have been frequent shakeout actions in the crypto market, especially from Monday to Wednesday. Whether during the day, night, or even noon, quick market surges can suddenly ignite. The overall rhythm is oscillating back and forth. For short-term traders, these repeated fluctuations are almost a gift from heaven.
The day before yesterday, Monday’s market was a typical example—long and short seamlessly connected, resulting in a double kill situation. Instead of post-event armchair analysis, it’s better to verify each point against previous analyses. The upcoming Tuesday and Wednesday are expected to maintain this rhythm, with the strategy of buying low and selling high within the range of 85,000 to 90,600.
**How to view the technical aspect?**
Bitcoin is currently oscillating above 86,000. Yesterday, a relatively long upper shadow appeared, indicating that selling pressure at higher levels remains quite heavy. From the daily K-line, it shows a series of small alternating bullish and bearish candles, with the overall tone leaning towards weak consolidation.
Looking at indicators, the hourly MACD green bars continue to expand, and the DIF and DEA lines are diverging downward, indicating that short-term bearish momentum is dominant. On the daily level, MACD is below the zero line, showing that momentum is weakening. As for RSI, the hourly RSI is at 43.04, not yet oversold, but signs of weakness are already evident; the daily RSI is gradually falling into the neutral zone, indicating a tug-of-war between bulls and bears.
Regarding moving averages, the hourly EMA7, EMA30, and EMA120 are in a bearish alignment, and price rebounds will be resisted by EMA7. The daily EMA7 and EMA30 are already converged, with EMA120 still providing support.
Overall, the core logic for intraday trading remains within the 85,000 to 90,600 range—shorting at high levels and going long at low levels.
