In the Web3 community, I’ve noticed a phenomenon: high-quality content that truly breaks out often ends up in the wrong audience. About 90% of viral posts haven't reached the right people.

To have a voice in the CT community, the key isn’t whether you can write, but whether your content can truly hit the people on the timeline. It’s a matching issue.

Want to verify this point? Browse through your post library—how many of them were seen by the right people at the right time and place? I bet most of them weren’t.

You're so right. My post library is just a 🪦; no matter how well I write, it's all in vain. Talking to the air every day, thinking I'm networking... How to tell if someone is the right person—that's the real challenge. If I had known the algorithm was so restrictive, I might as well just post in the group. Having many people doesn't necessarily mean having many fans. If you can't find your own channel, you're truly done.

Damn, I need to reflect on this. It seems like only a few of my posts with decent views actually found the right audience. Speaking of algorithms, they've been decided long ago. How do we break through? How did you come up with the 90% figure? Is it based on intuition or actual statistics? Matching issues are indeed a problem, but how to do it effectively is the real challenge. I've realized that my content seems to be preaching to the choir. That's probably why I have followers but no engagement—the audience mismatch is the main culprit. But it could also be that my posts simply don't resonate enough. The timeline is too competitive; even the best content can easily get drowned out.

Forget it, my posts have long since sunk into oblivion.

It's really hitting home. I looked through my posting history, and most of it has indeed gone unnoticed. Whether the content is good or not isn't really that important; luck and timing are the key. It's easy to say but really hard to do when the right person sees it at the right time.
