Most people obsess over technical indicators, change strategies every day, but never ask themselves the most critical question — what do I truly believe? How much volatility can I endure?

I’ve seen too many people, actually just like I used to be, treat the market as a casino. Always trying to trade against the trend, always trying to guess the next top or bottom. It wasn’t until later that I realized, those who survive are not gamblers, but those who can see the “trend.” It’s not about guessing a specific point, but understanding capital flows, cycle dynamics, and the collective pulse of human nature. This realization came gradually through experiences like the ICO boom, various wallet collapses, the NFT wave, DeFi hot spots, the hype around blockchain games, and the major collapse of Luna.

In the end, trading isn’t about whose indicators are more perfect, but about who knows themselves better. You have to control your hands.

History is the only script in this market that never lies. Every cycle repeats itself, but the players change. Those who survive until the end and smile are often those who understand how to follow the trend and maintain restraint.

Amazing, this is the painful lesson I’ve learned over the past 6 years, Luna’s wave directly broke my defenses. Now I really only look at the trend, not betting on specific levels. Controlling oneself is truly the hardest lesson. Since the ICO, I’ve seen too many people’s eyes go from bright to hopeless, actually because they didn’t figure out how much they could lose. That's so true. Controlling your hand is really the ultimate skill. I used to be reckless and insist on buying high and selling low. Now I realize that was just giving money to the market manipulators.
